Return Policy:

Requesting a Return:

– If you want to return a product you bought from us, you can send a return request within 7 days to figgyfoods.

Checking and Approving:

– We will check your request within 24 hours and let you know if it’s approved. If your order has passed the order return date i.e., more than 7 days, you won’t be able to return it.

Getting the Product Picked Up:

Once approved, We will arrange to pick up the product from your home. Please be ready for the pickup.

The stipulated time limit for the completion of the reverse pick-up process is 15 working days from the date of initiation of the pick-up request. We kindly request your patience during the aforementioned period. However, it is noted that for non-serviceable PIN codes, the designated timeframe may be subject to variations.

Checking the Product:

– After pickup, we will check the product within 7 working days. We will tell you if everything is okay. If it is, you’ll get store credit or a refund.

Returning Conditions:

– Make sure the product is unused, unmarked, and in its original packaging with the tags intact.

– Products that have been changed or fixed by someone else won’t be accepted.

– Don’t forget to return the box and packaging. If you don’t, we can deduct INR 100 per item from your refund.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancelling Before Shipping:

– You can cancel your order online before the product is shipped by sending an email to figgyfoods. You’ll get a full refund for prepaid orders.

Cancelling After Shipping:

– If the product has been shipped, you can cancel, but you’ll only get a refund once we get the product back.

Refund Process:

Getting Your Money Back:

– We will refund your money after we get the product back. We will use the same method you used to pay, or we can give you store credit. Please allow 6-7 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Prepaid Orders:

Refunded amounts for prepaid orders will be refunded to the original mode of payment used during the initial purchase.

COD Orders:

In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund transactions will be conducted to the customer’s designated bank account. Customers are instructed to furnish their bank account details via WhatsApp chat or email for the requisite refund process.

Decisions by Company:

– We get the final say on damaged products and on giving refund. The return and refund rules might change without prior intimation.
